When is the new date of the A State Of Trance Celebration in Jaarbeurs Utrecht? 

The new date of the ASOT Celebration in Jaarbeurs Utrecht will be Friday the 3rd and Saturday the 4th of March 2023.  

I want to go to the ASOT Celebration Weekend in Jaarbeurs Utrecht in 2023, what do I need to do? 

Your ticket for the ASOT Celebration Weekend in Jaarbeurs Utrecht will remain valid for the new date on Friday the 3rd and Saturday the 4th of March 2023.

Will there be a new ticket sale for the newly communicated date of the A State Of Trance Celebration in the Jaarbeurs Utrecht? 

Depending on how many refunds there will be requested, there will be a new ticket sale for the A State Of Trance Celebration in Jaarbeurs Utrecht of all the tickets that have been refunded. 

I have booked a hotel through the official ASOT ticketshop. What will happen with my booking? 

If you are joining us in 2023, your hotel booking will automatically be moved to the new dates. There is no further action required from you.  

I can’t attend the event on the new date, can I request a refund? 

Of course, we really hope you will join us at the ASOT Celebration Weekend. All ticket buyers will receive an email in the beginning of week 3 (2022). If you can’t make the new date, you can find more info on how to request a refund for your tickets in that email. 

How/When can I request a refund? 

In the beginning of week 3 (2022), ticketbuyers will receive more information on how to request a refund. The refund window will then be opened for four weeks.  

I have requested a refund, when do I get my money back? 

If you have requested a refund via the official refund tool, the refund will be paid out 4 (four) weeks after the original event date (18 + 19 February 2022). 

I have booked an hotel through the official ASOT ticketshop, how can I request a refund? 

In the beginning of week 3 (2022), ticketbuyers will receive more information on how to request a refund. The refund window will then be opened for four weeks. You can request a refund for your hotel booking the same way as you request a refund for your ticket. 

Can I request a refund for a part of my order? 

It is not possible to request a refund for a part of your order. It is only possible to request a refund for the full order. This means that it is not possible to only get a refund for 2 (two) tickets when you have bought 4 (four) tickets in one order. Also if you’ve booked your ticket and hotel in one order, all will be canceled once you requested a refund. 

The Dutch Government has announced that they will re-evaluate the situation for the event industry later (approx. 25 January), why did you already decide to postpone the show? 

Although the Dutch government may seem positive, it did not provide the event industry any perspective – other than that the Dutch Government will re-evaluate the situation on 25th of January. This is still no guarantee that events can be organized. We are expecting 55.000 visitors from 100+ different countries and have already been receiving a lot of questions and concerns. That is why believe that we can no longer let our fans wait for the definite news based on the decision by the Dutch government. Unfortunately, the international element and magnitude of the event is why we feel that it is irresponsible to organize an event in February 2022 in the current covid circumstances. 

I offered my tickets on the Waiting List, but now I want to keep my tickets for the new date(s) of the ASOT Celebration Weekend. What do I do?

If you have offered your ticket on the Waiting List and your ticket isn’t sold yet, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. You don’t have to take action. 

When can I personalize my tickets?  

Personalizing your ticket is mandatory, you have received an email from Paylogic on the 4th of February 2021 which contains a link that gives access to the personalization page. You can personalize your ticket(s) until 3 February 2023. When you haven’t personalized your ticket, you don’t have access to the event. 

I already personalized my tickets, but I can’t go anymore and I want to give my ticket to someone else. What now? 

For now, there’s nothing you can do. But no worries, we will enable a name change tool for your tickets, so you can make sure the right name is on the right ticket. 

Will the lineup remain the same for the A State Of Trance Celebration in 2023? 

At this moment, it is too early to give you a definite answer to that. We are currently investigating the availability of all artists and will make alterations accordingly to refresh the lineup. More information will follow later.   


TICKETING
 

VIP tickets have ‘guaranteed access to the mainstage’, but what does that mean?

With both Weekend and Saturday tickets, you can access all areas during that night. However, due to safety reasons, the mainstage can be closed on Saturday when the maximum capacity of visitors is reached. If you have a VIP ticket, you can make use of the VIP fast lane, which gives you guaranteed access to the mainstage.

How does ‘send to a friend’ work? 

If you have bought tickets for you and your friends, you have received an email from Paylogic which gives access to the personalization page. On this page you can invite your friends by mail to claim the ticket you bought for them using send to friend. He/She is then able to claim the ticket and personalize the ticket themselves.  

What does a ticket insurance mean?  

Ticket insurance means that you insure your tickets against unforeseen circumstances. If you cannot visit the event due to unforeseen circumstances, this will be covered by the insurance. PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation of the event due to COVID-19 is not covered with this insurance. 

What is the ASOT Waiting List?

The ASOT website is the only place to buy or sell tickets. Reselling tickets on any sales channels other than the ones appointed by ALDA is strictly forbidden. Access to the event may be refused for a visitor holding a ticket purchased from an unauthorized source. If you would like to resell your tickets as you can no longer attend the event, you can sign up to the Waiting List.

The Waiting List is a safe platform of which people who would like a ticket can sign up on a waiting list for a specific ticket or tickets. If you would like to sell your ticket, it gets matched with the people on the waiting list so then the people first in line receive an email informing them that they can purchase their desired ticket. 

 

Is this event wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the event is accessible for wheelchairs.
