When will I be able to download my tickets?
For this event, Mobile Tickets Only will be used. Within Paylogic, you can view and manage your order via the “Manage Order” button. Your QR codes will become visible in this environment no later than 12 hours before the event.
A great addition to mobile-only tickets is the Apple and Google Wallet. When you open the MyOrder page on your phone, you can choose to add the ticket to your Wallet. This way, your ticket is always just one click away, and no internet is needed to show your tickets at the entrance!
