Mindful mornings – a mindful start of your day 

Start your day gently with Mindful Mornings, a calming morning experience where mental health, art and sound come together. In collaboration with the Mental Health Tour, this session invites you to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

As you enter the space, Tamara, founder of the Mental Health Tour, opens the session with a short introduction. She shares the intention behind the project and why creating space for openness, vulnerability and mental well-being matters.

Art opens the conversation. You’ll encounter a powerful series of portrait artworks featuring international artists such as Armin van Buuren, Ruben de Ronde, Ferry Corsten, Laura van Dam and Brennan Heart. Through their portraits and personal stories, themes of vulnerability, recognition and mental well-being are brought into the room.

From listening and observing, the session shifts into an active surprise — a morning boost for mind and body. Through playful, unexpected movement and activation, you’re invited out of your head and into your body.

From there, the energy softens and the focus turns inward. The session moves into mindfulness, where awareness and presence take the lead. As part of this mindful phase, a guided bodyscan helps you reconnect with physical sensations, release tension and check back in with yourself.

Throughout the session, space is created to reflect on questions such as:

  • What did you love doing as a child that still helps you reduce stress today?
  • What do you do when your head feels busy or overwhelmed?

Mindful Mornings offers a safe and welcoming space to land, recharge and find balance — a mindful pause that supports mental resilience and sets a calm, positive tone for the rest of your day.
