The full weekend experience which will give access to Friday AND Saturday. In addition to this, you will also have access to an exclusive warm-up set on Saturday.

Tickets for only one day of the festival, giving access to the festival on Friday OR Saturday. In contrast to Weekend tickets, GA Saturday tickets won’t have access to the exclusive warm-up set on Saturday.

Yes, you can! Take advantage of this option by selecting the Klarna* or Installment Plan payment method during checkout. You’ll be able to pay for your ticket in three or six parts, making it easier than ever to join A State of Trance 2024.

Yes, personalizing your ticket(s) for A State of Trance 2024 is mandatory. Please follow the steps below on how to do so:

• After ordering your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic with a link to your order overview page. Can’t find the confirmation e-mail? Request a new one here.
• Click on the button “Personalize”
• You can then choose to “claim” or “send” the tickets. If you “claim” the tickets, you put them in your own name. By “sending” you can send the tickets to a friend so that he or she can then put the ticket in their name.
• If you have purchased more than one ticket, please invite your friends to the personalization process by clicking on “invite”. It is important that you do not send this link to people who are not part of the order, as this link provides access to the tickets. Remember: ALL your tickets need to be personalized.

HOW DO I SELL MY TICKET?

• Go to the order page, click on “More actions” and select “Change tickets” 

• Select the tickets you would like to change and use the total value of the order to buy different tickets. *

• Complete the order and you will receive your new upgraded ticket(s) automatically.  

Yes, changing the name on your ticket is possible via the name change module of Paylogic. Please be aware: a small fee will be charged so if you don’t know who will come along, wait a little bit longer to personalize the tickets.

Ahoy is easily accessible by metro, making it the ideal way to get there. Plan your journey with the metro using the 9292 app. Unfortunately, there are no metro services during the night, as detailed in the additional information below.

Please note, THE METRO WILL NOT RUN BETWEEN 01:30 – 06:00 SATURDAY MORNING (FRIDAY SHOW) AND BETWEEN 01:30 – 07:15 SUNDAY MORNING (SATURDAY SHOW).

To ensure that you can still easily reach Rotterdam Central Station, shuttle buses will be provided during the night between the festival grounds and Rotterdam Central. See below for more information.

Additionally, a special Hotel Shuttle Bus will be provided exclusively for ASOT hotel guests. This Hotel Shuttle Bus is included in Hotel packages, show your Hotel wristband while entering the bus and you’re good to go!

Rotterdam is easily accessible by train. You can easily get to Ahoy from Rotterdam Central Station by metro. On the way back, you can use our shuttle bus service to Rotterdam Central. During the night, additional and larger trains will run towards Den Haag HS, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Breda, and Eindhoven. Plan your journey in the NS app or NS Planner for the most up-to-date times.

During the Friday show (Saturday morning) the metro will not run between 01:30 – 06:00 CET, and on Saturday (Sunday morning) the metro will not run between 01:30 – 07:15 CET. Meaning that it might be difficult to reach your hotel after you leave the event. This is why we arranged shuttle buses to get you back to Rotterdam Central Station.

Booked an hotel package?

We’ve arranged a dedicated hotel shuttle bus exclusively for you. The shuttle runs to key city locations, with a maximum 15 minute walk to your hotel from these stops. This service is complimentary with your hotel wristband, provided upon check-in. Tickets are not sold for this shuttle, so there is no need for you to buy a shuttle bus ticket if you have a hotel wristband!

Rotterdam Ahoy is also easily accessible by scooter or bicycle. Additionally, you can continue your journey from various train and metro stations using shared transportation options, like Check, Go Sharing, Felyx, and Donkey Republic. At Rotterdam Ahoy, you can use the bicycle and scooter parking facilities free of charge in

If you are arriving by tour bus, please purchase a bus ticket in advance via the Rotterdam Ahoy website. A bus ticket costs €49, and with this ticket, you can park the tour bus in a parking space designated by the traffic controllers. Without a bus ticket, we cannot guarantee you a parking space. This bus ticket also applies to parking for all vehicles larger than one parking space.

Taxis can be found here, in front of Ahoy. There’s no need to call a taxi. Just queue up, and you’ll be assisted as soon as possible. The Uber/Bolt pick-up point can be found at the Twentestraat.

Ahoy is easily accessible by car, via Ring Rotterdam Zuid (A15). Plan your trip via www.vananaarbeter.nl.

Rotterdam Ahoy has plenty of parking spaces, but we expect them to sell out. To ensure a parking space on event days, you can buy a parking ticket with a guarantee (until 2 hours before the event) for €19. If the parking lot is full but you have a pre-purchased parking ticket with a guarantee, show it to the traffic controller for access. A parking ticket is valid from 20:00 to 08:00. Note that if your car remains parked after 08:00, an extra day of parking will be charged. There are no facilities for charging electric vehicles at Ahoy.

When all the parking spaces are full in the area, it is also possible to park your car at P+R Slinge. From P+R Slinge, you can take the metro to Ahoy. Please note that during night hours, no metro will be running. It’s a 20-minute walk from Ahoy to P+R Slinge.

Upon presentation of your disabled card (blauwe mindervalidenkaart), you can park at the designated disabled parking spots. If you do not have a disabled card (blauwe mindervalidenkaart), you can indicate this to the traffic controllers, who will do their best to arrange a spot as close as possible. No guarantee can be given in this regard.

The event will take place on Friday 23 February and Saturday 24 February. The show will start at 22.00 and will take until 6.00.

* Exclusive warm up set starts at 21.00 on Saturday and is only accessible for weekend or saturday VIP tickets.

In case you have purchased a VIP or Hotel ticket, we strongly advise you not to purchase a locker here. A number of lockers will be made available for these ticket types (while supplies last).

A State of Trance 2024 will be a cashless event, so don’t forget to bring your payment cards!

There will be special lanes for people with physical disabilities. These special lanes are located at each of the entrances. Upon entering the venue, you may use these lanes, but only when you’re prevented from using the regular entrance lanes due to physical disabilities. There will be a wheelchair deck located at the Mainstage area, which will only be accessible with Wheelchair tickets. The VIP facilities and VIP deck are not accessible for wheelchairs. 

Make sure to bring your ID and your ticket. The minimum age for the event is 18+ so we cannot grant access to visitors younger than 18 years old. Therefore, it is important to take legal identification with you for security to be able to check your age. Please do not print the E-ticket but download the ticket on your mobile instead. 

No entrance after
There will be no access granted to the event after 5.00, so make sure you are on time. 

Handbags

As a standard procedure, all visitors and crew are thoroughly inspected. Visitors are not allowed to bring luggage and/or backpacks to the event. You are allowed to bring handbags of a maximum size of A4 and 10cm thickness.

A party without music is like a carbonated drink without fizz. But going deaf or having ringing in your ears that simply won’t go away, is a very sad memento of a good party. So go easy on your ears and be sure to wear earplugs if the sound level exceeds 80 dB(A). Earplugs can be bought at separate earplug outlets.

Premium A State of Trance experience (Hotel + Weekend)
Weekend tickets are not included in the Premium A state of Trance experiences. Make sure you add the desired number of weekend tickets when placing an order. If you purchased a hotel without tickets, it is possible to buy your weekend tickets separately.

All hotel packages are for two people.

The closest airport to the accommodations in Rotterdam is Rotterdam The Hague Airport. You can also fly to Amsterdam Schiphol airport, and travel to Rotterdam by train or taxi.

No, it is not possible to cancel your booking. The purchase of an A State of Trance hotel package is non-refundable.

No, the day-activities are not included in the hotel packages. The Official A State of Trance Hotel guests are the first to pick day activities. Afterwards, the other hotel guests have a chance to sign up. The activities are not included in the packages, and can be purchased as an add-on for a fee.
