On the 17th of August, all ticket buyers have received an e-mail on how to request a refund for their tickets request. Refunds can be requested until 14 September 2021, 23:59h CEST via the official Paylogic Request form
I have requested a refund, when do I get my money back?
If you have requested a refund via the official refund tool, the refund will be paid out 4 (four) weeks after the original event date (3+4 september 2021).
Will there be a new ticket sale for the newly communicated date of ASOT1000 Utrecht?
Depending on how many refunds there will be requested, there will be a new ticket sale for A State Of Trance 1000 in Jaarbeurs Utrecht of all the tickets that have been refunded.

It is not possible to request a refund for a part of your order. It is only possible to request a refund for the full order. This means that it is not possible to only get a refund for 2 (two) tickets when you have bought 4 (four) tickets in one order. Also if you’ve booked your ticket and hotel in one order, all will be canceled once you requested a refund.
I offered my tickets on the Waiting List, but now I want to keep my tickets for the new date(s) of ASOT1000. What do I do?
If you have offered your ticket on the Waiting List and your ticket isn’t sold yet, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. You don’t have to take action. Your ticket will be automatically be withdrawn when it wasn’t sold yet on Friday the 13th of August 2021 8PM CEST. In the week of 16 – 22 of August, ticketholders with their ticket on the Waiting List have received a confirmation email about their tickets.
When can I personalize my tickets?
Personalizing your ticket is mandatory, you have received an email from Paylogic on the 4th of February 2021 which contains a link that gives access to the personalization page. You can personalize your ticket(s) until Thursday the 13th of January 2022. When you haven’t personalized your ticket, you don’t have access to the event.
I already personalized my tickets, but I can’t go anymore / I want to give my ticket to someone else. What now?
For now, there’s nothing you can do. But no worries, we will enable a name change tool for your tickets, so you can make sure the right name is on the right ticket.
