A panel discussion on female representation in the electronic music industry. The conversation will be twofold: how do you position yourself as a female artist and why and how should festival promoters book gender-balanced line-ups.

Signing her music to renowned progressive house labels like Anjunabeats, Armada, Epic247 and AFTR:HRS, while playing at the biggest festivals and venues across the globe, including Tomorrowland, Solar, Printworks, Ultra (Europe and Miami), Sunburn, A State of Trance Festival, Parookaville and Ushuaïa Ibiza. With her unique music style combining deep progressive sounds and dark energetic beats Laura is bound to make major waves in her career.

Renske Kollenburg

Renske van Kollenburg is initially known for many years of journalistic work in the music industry. She worked with leading artists such as Nile Rodgers, Boy George, Richie Hawtin, Armin van Buuren, Will.i.Am, Carl Cox, and Avicii. She has also worked as a film producer, event moderator and radio and award show host with audiences up to 30k people. Besides her role as a moderator at prominent events within the music industry she is also regularly booked as a speaker at various conferences and esteemed institutions like the SAE Institute. In her talks, Renske shares valuable insights and practical tools, addressing the challenges of sustainability in the fast and hectic music industry and high-performance professions.

Ellen Gussinklo

Ellen Gussinklo began her journey in the electronic music industry about ten years ago, starting as a volunteer in various roles at electronic music events. She has since progressed to curating the all-genre lineups for ALDA festivals and played a key role in organizing A State of Trance for the first time this year.

Esmee Bosklopper

Esmee Bosklopper started her career in music as a Summer intern at one of electronic music’s foremost PR agencies. Where she worked with some of the biggest artists in dance. In 2021 she decided to strike out on her own, Cejlon was born. Cejlon has a proven track record of successful public relations campaigns within the electronic music space and beyond.
