ASOT check-in desk

Let’s kick off your ASOT weekend the right way, good music, a welcome drink, and great vibes while you wait.

Checking in at the official ASOT hotel can be busy, but we’ll do our best to assist you as quickly and comfortably as possible. To make the wait a little more enjoyable, we’ve programmed check-in DJs on both Thursday and Friday in the Havenzalen, bringing you straight into the ASOT vibe while you arrive. 

Regardless of which hotel you’ve booked (Haven Hotel Rotterdam – Curio Collection or DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre), we kindly ask you to enter via the DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre. Here, we’ve set up a separate Official ASOT Hotel check-in counter to help speed up the process.

A luggage drop-off point will be available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre. We strongly recommend dropping off your luggage before proceeding to check-in. You will receive a numbered tag, which you can use to collect your luggage after completing the check-in process.

If you arrive before official check-in time and have not booked an early check-in, the hotel can store your luggage free of charge. Please note that room availability before 15:00 cannot be guaranteed.

Upon check-in, you will receive a welcome drink coin, which can be exchanged for your drink at the bar at the Havenzalen.

Check-out time
All rooms include a free late check-out on Sunday till 14:00.

We’ve made check-out easy for you! You’ll find check-out boxes in the lobby where you can drop off your keycard, or you can return it at the reception counter. Before leaving your room, please turn on the ‘Clean up’ light so the hotel knows it’s ready for the next guest. Please make sure to check out on time to avoid any additional charges.

Your exclusive goodie bag will be ready for you in your room.

OFFICIAL ASOT MERCHANDISE

No more waiting in line at the festival! The ASOT Hotel will have an exclusive official ASOT merch shop, just for you. The merch shop is located on the ground floor of the Mainport Hotel.

Thursday: 11:00 till 14:00 and from 17:00 till 19:00
Friday: 13:00 till 15:00

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND HOTEL SHUTTLE SERVICES

Before leaving the hotel, make sure to pick up your official hotel wristband at the info desk at the DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre lobby (ground floor). We’ll hand out your wristband based on a valid scan of your festival ticket. Please have it ready before checking in with us. Hosts are available on

Thursday from 12:00 to 18:00
Friday from 12:00 – 18:00
Saturday from 10:00 – 18:00

This wristband grants you exclusive access to the hotel shuttle on Sunday morning (after the Saturday show) from Ahoy Rotterdam back to the hotel (only). 

Please note: this year the hotel shuttles depart from a new location. The shuttles will leave from the forecourt of Ahoy Rotterdam, opposite the VIP/Hotel entrance, and no longer from the metro station.

Friday (show)
On Friday, the metro (RET) will run until 01:30 (Saturday morning) from Rotterdam Zuidplein (Ahoy) to Rotterdam Central Station, so no additional shuttle services will be available. 

Saturday (show)
The metro (RET) will not operate between 01:15 and 07:15 on Sunday morning (after the Saturday show). To accommodate this, hotel shuttle buses will run continuously from 02:15 to 07:15, stopping at several central locations in the city center.

POOLPARTY

This year, pool party time slots could be claimed from the start of ticket sales.
You can find your assigned time slot and QR code in your MyOrder environment.
A wristband for your designated time slot is required for entry.

You can collect your wristband at the ASOT Info Desk in the lobby of the DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre (ground floor). After scanning your pool party ticket, our hosts will provide you with the correct wristband for your time slot.

ASOT DINNER

Booked your ASOT dinner for Thursday, Friday or Saturday? Great! Your ASOT dinner reservation is already linked to your hotel booking and therefore, your room number. Just mention it to the waiter at the restaurant so they can confirm. Dinner is served from 16:00 to 20:00 on all days. To secure your preferred time slot, we recommend making a reservation upon arrival (first come, first served).

At the hotel, you can scan the QR code to purchase the 3-course dinner. The ASOT dinner includes three courses (drinks not included) and is priced at €57.50 per person. You can also secure your 3-course dinner in advance. Simply purchase your dinner via this link.

HOTEL FESTIVAL LANE

With your WEEKEND HOTEL VIP or WEEKEND HOTEL REGULAR ticket, you can access the special hotel entrance. Please follow the ‘Hotel Entrance’ signage upon entry at Ahoy Rotterdam and choose the correct lane (Weekend Hotel VIP or Weekend Hotel Regular).

LOCKER

In addition to all these benefits, your hotel package includes a locker (1 medium-sized locker per room). The main booker will receive the locker code and instructions via email from LockerCompany on Friday, February 27, by 12:00 PM at the latest, sent to the main booker’s email address. If you haven’t received your locker code by 1:00 PM on February 27, please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact LockerCompany at info@lockercompany.nl
