Checking-in at the official ASOT hotel can be busy, but we’ll do our best to assist you as quickly and comfortably as possible.
Want to make the wait more enjoyable? Stop by the ASOT Infodesk within the Mainport Hotel lobby. We’ll provide you with a coin for your welcome drink. We’ll hand out your welcome drink based on a valid scan of your festival ticket. We’ve arranged some top-tier check-in DJs for you! Looking forward to seeing you at the check-in counters for the check-in party.

All rooms include a free late check-out on Sunday till 14:00.
We’ve made check-out easy for you! You’ll find check-out boxes in the lobby where you can drop off your key card, or you can return it at the reception counter. Before leaving your room, please turn on the ‘Claen up’ light so the hotel knows it’s ready for the next guest. We recommend adhering to the check-out time to avoid any potential fines.

Your package includes an extended breakfast. Enjoy the tunes of a DJ during your breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning, exact times of the DJ to be confirmed at the ASOT information desk.

No more waiting in line at the festival! The ASOT Hotel will have an exclusive official ASOT merch shop, just for you. The merch shop is located on the ground floor of the Mainport Hotel.

Before leaving the hotel, make sure to pick up your official hotel wristband at the info desk in the Mainport Hotel (ground floor). We’ll hand out your wristband based on a valid scan of your festival ticket. Please have it ready before checking in with us. Hosts are available on Friday from 13:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00. This wristband grants you exclusive access to the hotel shuttle on Sunday morning (after the Saturday show) from Ahoy Rotterdam back to the hotel (only). The shuttle service is located near Station Ahoy (Zuidplein).

On Friday, the metro (RET) will run until 02:00 (Saturday morning) from Rotterdam Zuidplein (Ahoy) to Rotterdam Central Station, so no additional shuttle services will be available.
Saturday (show)
The metro (RET) will not operate between 01:15 and 07:15 on Sunday morning (after the Saturday show). To accommodate this, hotel shuttle buses will run continuously from 02:15 to 07:15, stopping at several central locations in the city center. Your stop is ‘Leuvehaven,’ approximately a 5-minute walk from the official ASOT Hotel.
You received a sign-up link via email to claim your slot for the pool party! A wristband for your designated time slot is required for entry. Please pick up your pool party wristband at the info desk of the official ASOT hotel (Mainport, ground floor) well in advance. After scanning your pool party ticket, our hosts will provide you with the correct wristband.
Dressingcode
Due to limited changing rooms at the pool, we kindly ask you to arrive in your swimwear and bring only your swimwear, a hotel bathrobe, and slippers. These can be stored in the additional checkroom. Please note that bringing or selling food and drinks at the pool party is not allowed for hygiene reasons, so make sure to stay hydrated beforehand. To ensure all hotel guests can enjoy the pool party, we kindly ask you to leave after your designated time slot. Join the pool party at your own risk! Just a heads-up, the floor can get slippery, so watch those dance moves!
Booked your ASOT dinner for Friday or Saturday? Great! Your ASOT dinner reservation is already linked to your hotel booking and therefore, your room number. Just mention it to the waiter at the restaurant so they can confirm. Dinner is served from 16:00 to 20:00 on both days. To secure your preferred time slot, we recommend making a reservation upon arrival (first come, first served).
A few spots are still available! Check with the restaurant upon arrival to secure your seat. The ASOT dinner includes three courses (drinks not included) for €55 per person. The dinner can be paid for directly at the hotel. Don’t wait too long, availability is limited!
With your VIP HOTEL WEEKEND or VIP REGULAR WEEKEND ticket, you can access the special hotel entrance, which opens 30 minutes earlier than the other entrances. Please follow the ‘HOTEL & VIP Entrance’ signs upon arrival at the venue.

In addition to all these benefits, your hotel package includes a locker (1 medium-sized locker per room). The main booker will receive the locker code and instructions via email from LockerCompany on Friday, February 21, by 12:00 PM at the latest, sent to the main booker’s email address. If you haven’t received your locker code by 1:00 PM on February 21, please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact LockerCompany at info@lockercompany.nl.
